La cual se llevó a cabo en los almacenes la 14. S.A. En el periodo comprendido entre febrero de 2010 hasta octubre de 2010. Este documento incluye la identificación de necesidades y el eje de intervención propuesto a partir de la identificación (su novedad, interés y utilidad), los resultados obtenidos durante el ejercicio de la práctica profesional.
