Para efectos de este estudio se realiza un marco teórico, el cual dará las bases conceptuales para el abordaje y entendimiento del fenómeno del turismo rural; un marco contextual que arrojará luces y focos de acción para comprender la dinámica socioeconómica de la región respecto de la economía del turismo; y un marco normativo que guiará los pasos legales para la creación de la organización empresarial y finalmente un estudio de mercado que establecerá la demanda y competencia existente, un estudio técnico para determinar el tamaño, la localización y las instalaciones apropiadas, un estudio administrativo para establecer los requerimientos de personal, organigrama y por último el estudio financiero donde se establecen los costos, gastos e ingresos estimados, así como la inversión requerida y el financiamiento de la misma. This project it is performed to develop a feasibility study to determine of creating the country restaurant “La Hacienda”.
