Que, debido al aumento en la demanda de pedidos, le surgió la necesidad de buscar sistematizar el proceso alistamiento de pedidos mediante la herramienta de picking dirigido por voz; esta ejecución logra aumentar la productividad y tiempos de entrega en los procesos que tienen que ver con el alistamiento, empaque y distribución de los medicamentos. Pero la implementación de este proceso no solo presentó un aumento en la productividad, sino también falencias por el aumento considerable en la logística inversa, generando reprocesos y un alto costo por la manipulación inadecuada de los productos, no por parte del empleado sino por el diseño de layout y categorización de los productos. En el estudio, se realizará el diagnóstico de la situación actual del proceso y se identificarán los daños más comunes en la entrega de pedidos y su impacto económico. Posteriormente, se presentará una propuesta del rediseño del Layout que permitirá mejorar la manipulación de los productos en el área de picking. Abstract: The object of study and Layout's redesign proposal is for a company that distributes and markets drugs (generic and branded) and popular products (products sold without a medical formula). That, due to the increase in demand for orders, the need arose to seek to systematize the order picking process through the voice-guided picking tool; This execution manages to increase productivity and delivery times in the processes that have to do with the preparation, packaging and distribution of medicines. But the implementation of this process not only showed an increase in productivity, but also shortcomings due to the considerable increase in reverse logistics, generating reprocessing and a high cost due to improper handling of the products, not by the employee but by the design of layout and categorization of products. In the study, the diagnosis of the current situation of the process will be made and the most common damages in the delivery of orders and their economic impact will be identified.
