A partir de la disposición de la norma contemplada en el Decreto 3990 de Diciembre 29 de 2000, Art 6 Numeral 3, el cual sugiere dar informe sobre el estado actual de conservación de los inmuebles patrimoniales para certificar las exenciones al impuesto predial y la rebaja de estrato en la tarifa de servicios públicos, se genera la base legal para la realización de fichas individuales que buscan informar el estado de cada predio y continuar con las exenciones y compensaciones definidas en el Acuerdo 18 de 2000. Actualmente en el país se han involucrado sistemas de manejo al patrimonio los cuales apuntan a su preservación en el tiempo, en este sentido se da paso a un modelo de Plan Especial de Manejo y Protección para inmuebles individuales, el cual sea objeto de consulta a futuras formulaciones e intervenciones en los mencionados bienes de carácter cultural de la ciudad de Pereira. / Abstract: PATRIMONY; STATE AND INDIVIDUAL CONSERVATION, it's a support document directed to recognize the individual properties of each property that it conforms the current inventory of the city's patrimonial goods having like base Laws, Ordinances and Agreements that govern at the moment. Starting from the disposition of the norm contemplated in the Ordinance December 3990 29 of 2000, Art 6 Numeral 3, which suggests to give formless on the current state of conservation of the patrimonial properties to certify the excuses to the predial tax and the stratum discount in the rate of public services; this generates the legal base for the realization of records singular informing of the state of each property and to continue with the process of tributary excuses defined in the Agreement 18TH of 2000. At the moment in the country handling systems have been involved to the patrimony which point to their preservation in the time, in this sense step it is given to a model of Special Plan of handling and Protection for individual properties, which is consultation object to future formulations and interventions had mentioned cultural goods of character of Pereira.Universidad Católica de Pereira. tutor: Arq.
