Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2023La presente investigación explora nuevas posibilidades para la producción de diseño arquitectónico de vivienda rural, a través de la integración con las nuevas tecnologías de diseño, tales como el modelado paramétrico y la fabricación digital, ahora como una herramienta optimizada y funcional capaz de anteponer y descifrar riesgos y situaciones futuras como actualmente se refleja en los eventos naturales y epidemiológicos por los que se ha atravesado desde el año 2020; siendo estos, algunos de los catalizadores en los cambios del hábitat humano. Actualmente el sector cafetero presenta problemas con la perdida de la dinámica de las actividades productivas esenciales para el sostenimiento familiar reflejado en el abandono de cultivos e infraestructura debido a la marginalidad de la población joven que migra hacia los centros poblados por falta de oportunidades y que finalmente se refleja en un desequilibrio ecológico, económico y social. En consecuencia; en las zonas rurales del eje cafetero, la arquitectura, los procesos de construcción tradicional y las actividades propias del estilo de vida del campo. Por esto, el presente ejercicio de proyección arquitectónica se elabora bajo procesos paramétricos encaminados a analizar principalmente la estructura de la vivienda rural sostenible en el municipio de la Celia- Risaralda, vereda La Capilla. El efecto de postpandemia, aceleró el ya ineludible uso de las nuevas tecnologías y el análisis de datos en pro de la proyección arquitectónica de la vivienda rural contemporánea que responda a las variantes físicas y bioclimáticas propias de la región y la construcción con un enfoque sostenible amigable con el entorno natural. Se han visto obligadas en adecuarse a las nuevas necesidades y esto ha traído consigo cambios en la forma de cómo se concibe el espacio habitacional privado, que se ha de adaptar progresivamente a la demanda de un nuevo habitante virtual y sostenible, en esta nueva forma de habitar. / Abstract: This research explores new possibilities for the production of architectural design for rural housing, through integration with new design technologies, such as parametric modeling and digital fabrication, now as an optimized and functional tool capable of putting before and deciphering future risks and situations as currently reflected in the natural and epidemiological events that have been experienced since 2020; being these, some of the catalysts in the changes of the human habitat. Currently, the coffee sector presents problems with the loss of the dynamics of essential productive activities for family support reflected in the abandonment of crops and infrastructure due to the marginalization of the young population that migrates to populated centers due to lack of opportunities and that finally it is reflected in an ecological, economic and social imbalance. Consequently; in the rural areas of the coffee region, the architecture, the traditional construction processes and the activities typical of the country lifestyle. For this reason, the present exercise of architectural projection is elaborated under parametric processes aimed at analyzing mainly the structure of sustainable rural housing in the municipality of Celia-Risaralda, La Capilla village.
