Pereira, 2014El presente artículo pretende hacer una reflexión sobre el fenómeno de desempleo y las implicaciones que éste tiene en la construcción del bienestar subjetivo; cómo se ve amenazada esta categoría, en la vida del ser humano cuando un empleado pierde su empleo y con éste su estatus y estabilidad laboral. También se tendrá en cuenta cómo consecuencia al fenómeno de desempleo, la categoría de flexibilización laboral, ya que el desempleado en la actualidad no solo debe enfrentarse al reto de ser nuevamente empleable sino también a las nuevas formas de trabajo que le exigen ser mayormente flexible y dinámico en el ámbito laboral. The following article seeks to highlight the different factors that are affected, the phenomenon of unemployment; the implications that it has against the construction of subjective well-being and how this category is threatened the subjective well-being, in humans life when an employee loses his job and with it their status and job security. Also take into account how the category of labor flexibility impacto n the phenomenon of unemployment, as the unemployed today must not only face the challenge of being employable again but also to new forms of employment that require them to be flexible and dynamic in the workplace.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
