Pereira, 2009La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial no es filantropía, sino una retribución de las empresas a los diferentes grupos de interés, ya que como agente social tiene una responsabilidad con la comunidad en la cual está inmersa. A continuación se encontrará un estudio de caso llamado Empresarios por la Educación (ExE), el cual muestra la vinculación de los empresarios y el estado en la RSE de la región frente a temas como la comunidad y el capital humano que es un elemento importante para la dinamización del proceso de inclusión de la sociedad al sector productivo, y conocer si hay consistencia en la RSE como herramienta para el desarrollo integral.Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is not philanthropy, but a return to stakeholders within the community that companies belong to. This article illustrates a case study calledEntrepreneurs for Education (ExE).
