Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019El presente escrito expone el proceso de planificación urbana para la ciudad de Pereira, en Colombia el ordenamiento territorial surge con la formulación de la ley 388 de 1997, en este caso, el trabajo se desarrolla en el marco de la optativa planificación y proyectos estratégicos para una nueva ciudad, en la cual se usó la metodología de lo general a lo particular, estableciendo unas etapas claras donde se analiza la ciudad por medio de categorías proyectuales, donde se sintetiza el análisis que arroja, potencialidades y fortalezas, lo que lleva a un planteamiento posterior de un Modelo de Ocupación territorial, desarrollado bajo una visión sistémica donde se establecen sistemas que interactúan entre sí y cumplen una función dentro del gran sistema urbano, dejando así una guía de proyección del territorio donde se puntualiza el plan piloto con el fin de medir la eficacia del planteamiento urbano, que finaliza con un proyecto arquitectónico inscrito en todo el planteamiento urbano, que debe aportar, en conjunto con el resto de proyectos, soluciones desde distintos ámbitos a la fragmentación encontrada en el territorio. ABSTRACT: The present document exposes the urban planning process for the city of Pereira, in Colombia the territorial ordering arises with the formulation of the law 388 of 1997, in this case, the written is developed within the framework of the optional planning and strategic projects for a new city, in which the methodology of the general to the particular was used, establishing clear stages where the city is analyzed by means of project categories, where the analysis that throws, potentialities and strengths are synthesized, which leads to a Subsequent approach of a Territorial Occupation Model, developed under a systemic vision where systems are established that interact with each other and fulfill a function within the large urban system, thus leaving a guide for projection of the territory where the pilot plan is specified in order to measure the effectiveness of the urban approach, which ends with an architectural project inscribed in all the poses urban development, which must provide, in conjunction with the rest of the projects, solutions from different areas to the fragmentation found in the territory.Universidad Católica De Pereira Asesor: Guillermo Gutierrez MoralesUniversidad Católica de PereiraMonografía;
