Summary: | Given the individual difference in the teaching - learning processes, especially those that occur in children and young people with special educational needs, in relation to the acquisition of basic logical - mathematical competences, it is pertinent to make theoretical and practical contributions for the pedagogical praxis related to the mathematical-sciences teaching. The implementation of classroom strategies for the use of technological tools by children with cognitive impairments, particularly, became a challenge whose significant contribution are revealed through a didactic instrument. Such process required the study of educational theories. The development of the technological tool, its applicability and the evaluation of its results were carried out in a classroom with special educational needs students, at the school “Jesus Maria Ormaza” in Pereira, Colombia. |
