Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2015La idea fundamental de esta cartilla es investigar y analizar diferentes sistemas estructurales y constructivos, desglosándolos de manera que se pueda verificar cual es la mejor opción y la mas viable para la construcción de dos viviendas de intereses social, una urbana y la otra rural. Partiendo de unas preguntas básicas, ¿Qué es un sistema estructural?, ¿Cuáles son sus características principales?, ¿que tipo de estructuras podemos encontrar?; y así mismo con el sistema constructivo, Qué es un sistema constructivo?, ¿Cuáles son sus características principales?, ¿que tipo de sistemas constructivos podemos encontrar?. Esto no lleva a identificar que opciones podemos elegir y cual es la mas favorable para su ejecución, además que tipo de material es el mas adecuado y económico para la elaboración de las viviendas. Con base en esta investigación, se procede a diseñar las viviendas de tal manera que una persona que se vaya a beneficiar del proyecto la pueda construir. \Abstract: The fundamental idea this primer is research and analyse diferents systems structural and building broken down, so it can check what´s the best option and more viable for the build two homes of social interest, one town and another rural. Starting some basic questions, ¿what is a structural system?, ¿which are main characteristics?, what kind of structures we can find?, and likewise with the constructive sistem, ¿what is a constructive sistem?, ¿which are main characteristics?, ¿what kind of constructive sistem we can find?. This does not lead to identify, what options we can choose and what is more favorable for execution, moreover, what kind of material is more suitable and economic to elaboration housing.
