| Summary: | The present text has the purpose of reflecting about the social policy considered as an important instrument that the state has to intervene in the society in perspectiva of reaching the goals of social development. Along these lines of reflection (and debate) , a group of problems that form a big question are approached: the social development. Some of the more relevant topics are treated in an implicit way when approaching the main theme about the social policy, such as the exclusion, the inequality and the poverty. For this, some arguments that talk, in an approximate way, about the concerns that the different generations have had (-and their more outstanding thinkers–) about the social inequality and its interest, visions and proposals to reach the well being are presented. Finally, some preliminary conclusions of what the social policy should be, its challenges and its scope in the context of the interdisciplinary are proposed. |
