El planteamiento se apoya en los objetivos de desarrollos sostenibles establecidos por la ONU (Organización de naciones unidas) en el año 2015 pero específicamente en los puntos 8, 11 y 15 denominados “Trabajo decente y crecimiento económico, ciudades y comunidades sostenibles, vida de ecosistemas terrestres”. El objetivo del proyecto es proponer un desarrollo adecuado de las dinámicas comerciales que permitan el fortalecimiento de la economía local y aproveche el potencial turístico del Cerro Canceles para el beneficio de la población y la rotunda protección del Cerro Canceles como estructura ecológica principal de la ciudad de Pereira. Para este fin se hace necesario el desarrollo de soluciones físicas que tengan un impacto positivo sobre el comercio local y el medio ambiente generando así un proyecto arquitectónico que responda a los ODS aplicados en este proyecto de investigación. El resultado proyectual se logra a través de una metodología investigativa en la cual se analizan documentos relevantes en relación con el Cerro Canceles y seguido a esto se genera un diagnostico apoyado en estos documentos, en información obtenida a partir de visitas de campo y el dialogo con la comunidad local del sector. Abstract: This research project seeks in a timely manner the commercial and sustainable strengthening planned for the Villa Santana commune in relation to the Cerro Canceles village, located in the city of Pereira, Colombia. The approach is based on the sustainable development goals established by the ONU (United Nations Organization) in 2015 but specifically in points 8, 11 and 15 called “Decent work and economic growth, sustainable cities and communities, ecosystem life terrestrial”. The objective of the project is to propose an adequate development of the commercial dynamics that allow the strengthening of the local economy and take advantage of the tourism potential of Cerro Canceles for the benefit of the population and the resounding protection of Cerro Canceles as the main ecological structure of the city of Pereira For this purpose it is necessary to develop physical solutions that have a positive impact on local commerce and the environment, thus generating an architectural project that responds to the ODS applied in this research project.
