Facultad de ciencias económicas y administrativas, Pereira, 2018.El presente documento es el resultado del análisis de la percepción de algunos usuarios e IPS’s sobre la situación actual de los servicios tercerizados en el sector salud en los municipios de Pereira y Dosquebradas. Para este fin, se utilizaron herramientas cualitativas, tales como; encuestas, entrevistas y análisis estadísticos. El análisis de la información permitió evidenciar cuáles son los servicios más tercerizados, al igual que la percepción respecto a estos servicios en el área de estudio, encontrando, por ejemplo, que la tendencia creciente del outsourcing en el sector salud ha llevado a la diversificación especializada de los prestadores de servicios en este sector, y así mismo, ha permitido mejorar la calidad y oportunidad en la atención a los usuarios. Abstract This paper is the result of the analysis of the perception of some users and IPS's about the current situation of outsourced services in the health sector in the municipalities of Pereira and Dosquebradas. For this purpose, qualitative tools were used, such as; surveys, interviews and statistical analysis.
