Esto fue posible por los principios confesionales del colegio, y se hizo desde el respeto y la acogida humana de la experiencia particular de cada una de las niñas. No se pretendía la transmisión de saberes, sino la posibilidad de gestar experiencias espirituales en dirección al enriquecimiento humano y cristiano de las niñas. La práctica fue un reto novedoso que generó estar atento a las mociones interiores del practicante para ajustar las líneas de desarrollo e interés particular y grupal, lo que dio como resultado no una práctica direccionada, sino una práctica bidireccional, donde las niñas experienciaron y el practicante se enriqueció académica y humanamente, incluso a pesar de desarrollar un plan de clase previamente establecido en las circunstancias concretas con los dos grupos, hubo ajustes creativos que se dieron de manera espontánea. Al finalizar el proceso, el practicante autoevaluó la experiencia, llegando a la conclusión de que el sumergirse en un proyecto pedagógico motiva su interés en continuar la docencia, por esta razón la educación es un acontecimiento experiencial que lleva a una “radical novedad” y a un profundo compromiso con esta sociedad. / Abstract: In the present work, an attempt was made to collect the esperience and knowledge acquired throughout the Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education, for this purpose, in the practice, it was proposed to generate integral processes that would allow the students of the Adoratrices School, of the sixth and seventh grades, living the experience of God, rather than transmitting a theoretical knowledge of it. This was posible due to the confessional principles of the school, and it was done from the respect and human acceptance of the particular experience of each one of the girls. The transmission of knowledge was not intended, but the possibility of generating spiritual experiences in the direction of the human and Christian enrichment of the girls. The practice was a novel challenge that generated being attentive to the internal motions of the practitioner to adjust the lines of development and individual and group interest, which resulted not in a directed practice, but a bidirectional practice, where the girls experienced and the practitioner was enriched academically and humanly, even despite developing a previously established class plan in the specific circumstances with the two groups, there were creative adjustments that occurred spontaneously.
