La cual ocasionó una gran cantidad de asentamientos informales y a su misma vez un choque cultural entre diferentes etnias las cuales llegaron a habitar la comuna villa Santana y el barrio las brisas. El objetivo principal es formular unos lineamientos estratégicos de ordenamiento territorial e integración social, que nos permitan brindarles unas condiciones de uso óptimas a los habitantes de los anteriormente mencionados sectores. Logrando una productividad económica y social optimizando los guetos urbanos presentados en el entorno bajo un concepto inclusivo por medio del planteamiento de un instrumento de planificación y un proyecto arquitectónico que permita resaltar las características del barrio. Los métodos utilizados para la investigación tomaron como base documentos teóricos y técnicos que nos brindan detalle de cómo es este territorio y sus dinámicas sociales, culturales, económicas y ambientales. Las conclusiones obtenidas plantean que, para mitigar los conflictos sociales de las comunidades anteriormente mencionadas, es necesario generar espacios públicos productivos y dignos, para así generar un ordenamiento del territorio que beneficie al sector y a la ciudad. / Abstract: The problem evidenced is the large arrival of migrants to the city of Pereira. Which caused a large number of informal settlements and at the same time a cultural clash between different ethnic groups which came to inhabit the Villa Santana commune and the Las Brisas neighborhood. The main objective is to formulate some strategic guidelines for territorial planning and social integration, which allow us to provide optimal conditions of use to the inhabitants of the aforementioned sectors. Achieving economic and social productivity by optimizing the urban ghettos presented in the environment under an inclusive concept through the approach of a planning instrument and an architectural project that allows highlighting the characteristics of the neighborhood. The methods used for the investigation were based on theoretical and technical documents that provide us with details of what this territory is like and its social, cultural, economic and environmental dynamics.
