Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019La presente investigación muestra el proceso de estudio de identificación, análisis y ejecución desarrollado en la ciudad de Pereira en la optativa de Planificación y Proyectos Estratégicos para una Nueva Ciudad la cual busca la exploración de los diferentes elementos que conciben la ciudad en pro y en contra de esta. De esta forma la optativa se centra en dichos elementos para el mejoramiento, progreso y sostenibilidad de la ciudad, teniendo en cuenta su proceso a lo largo de su historia, su cultura, costumbres y cambios; Para después intervenir de forma adecuada y acorde a las necesidades de infraestructura, espacio público, arquitectura, sociedad, paisaje, geografía y morfología de la ciudad, para conformarla como una ciudad sostenible, integra e incluyente con los habitantes y su diferente biodiversidad ambiental y ecológica. ABSTRACT: The present investigation shows the process of identification study, analysis and execution developed in the city of Pereira in the Strategic Planning and Projects for a New City optative which seeks the exploration of the different elements that conceive the city for and against this.
