Description
Summary:This article analyzes the current conditions, preliminarily it evidences the compliance of the requirements of the GLOBALG.A.P., standard, and identifi es the shortcomings and needs that at procedural level limits its compliance. Hence, a descriptive exploratory study was carried out, and a verifi cation and information gathering instrument was designed, which consisted of a survey based on the checklist of the standard, in the base module for crops. To reveal the compliance, three fundamental elements were established; Traceability backward, inward and forward. As a fi nal result, it is revealed a cultural process rooted regarding crops and land management, which can be a great potential to achieve the implementation of each of the points of the norm from the establishment of a link between ancestral wisdom and the standard.
