Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2009Se reflexionó sobre el hábitat de transitoriedad para comprender los factores que determinan las necesidades de alojamiento provisional de los individuos, necesidades que nacen teniendo en cuenta la sostenibilidad, la accesibilidad y la calidad de vida; en este sentido, se evidencia que es imperativo elaborar enfoques novedosos y menos convencionales para la vivienda temporal de emergencia. Se exploraron y definieron las tecnologías que deben ser implementadas, tipos de técnicas y materiales que deben ser usadas, sus formas de distribución y relación de existencia y compatibilidad con las regiones afectadas o propensas a desastres naturales. Las comunidades de escasos recursos económicos son las que presentan mayor vulnerabilidad frente a los desastres y al mismo tiempo son aquellas que tradicionalmente han construido su propio hábitat a través de un sistema de redes naturales y culturales; todo esto hace que sea una necesidad inherente. Los damnificados por inundaciones en su afán de adquirir un Alojamiento para sus familias rápidamente, se ubican en sitios deshabitados, que previamente han sido descartados por ser terrenos inundables, a orillas de ríos y quebradas, zonas con problemas de remoción de tierras, entre otras amenazas. En estos terrenos las familias afectadas construyen refugios no adecuados, convirtiéndose estos en hacinamientos, asaltando su propia dignidad y su derecho a una vivienda digna temporal, de esta manera aumenta el nivel de amenaza y por ende el nivel de riesgo de una familia o población. Aquí es donde este proyecto tiene una gran responsabilidad, aportando soluciones de carácter social supliendo necesidades esenciales para el hombre mediante el diseño y construcción de elementos útiles para este tipo de problemáticas sociales. Se diseño un refugio pensado en las necesidades de los damnificados y de las organizaciones humanitarias para facilitarles su actividad en el momento que se encuentran en la fase 2 del desastre, la calidad de vida fue el factor determinante del diseño del refugio, los habitantes de este refugio estarán protegidos de todo los factores que pueden intervenir en estos lugares. / Abstract: It was reflected on the transient habitat to understand the factors that determine the provisional housing needs of individuals, needs that are born taking into account sustainability, accessibility and quality of life; in In this sense, it is evident that it is imperative to develop novel approaches and less conventional for temporary emergency housing. This is where this project has a great responsibility, contributing solutions of a social nature supplying essential needs for man through the design and construction of useful elements for this type of problem social.
