Gañán Bueno, Edwin Oswaldo2022-02-25T22:34:35Z2022-02-25T22:34:35Z2022-01-07DDMIST118https://repositorio.ucp.edu.co/entities/publication/6bb78626-f348-42a4-849c-af5d5c1540aeProyecto de aplicación de conocimiento (Ingeniería de sistemas y telecomunicaciones), Facultad de ciencias básicas e ingeniería, Pereira, 2021.La empresa Muebles Albura empoderada en el sector comercial e industrial, con el objetivo de diseñar, fabricar y distribuir muebles para los hogares colombianos, presentaba deficiencias en la gestión de la información por parte de los aplicaciones web inicialmente desarrolladas dentro de la misma empresa, tales como: GCP (Gestor de clientes y prospectos) y Cotizador Albura, estos aplicativos provocaban retrasos considerables en los centros de operación de la región y regiones en donde la misma hace presencia, estas deficiencias provocaban que los funcionarios de los almacenes no utilizarán los aplicativos web por estas mismas razones, la deficiencia en los tiempos de respuesta por parte de la aplicación y el servidor web desanimaban a los funcionarios de los centros de operación, por esta razón, en este documento se describen las modificaciones realizadas a la aplicación del Gestor de clientes y prospectos (GCP), al igual que al Cotizador Albura en relación a las consultas a la base de datos, interfaz gráfica, funcionalidad, practicidad y seguridad. Los resultados obtenidos al desarrollar las aplicaciones anteriormente descritas tuvieron un impacto positivo en todos los centros de operación en los cuales opera la empresa Muebles Albura, ya que los funcionarios de los almacenes podían efectuar más eficientemente sus labores, al igual, tener la confianza de atender a los clientes con tranquilidad y darles una atención personalizada y una cotización de sus productos en menor tiempo; por otra parte, el GCP atendía a las expectativas inicialmente descritas por el gerente de ventas de la empresa y suplía las necesidades de los empleados de cada almacén para gestionar efectivamente la información de cada cliente que se acercaba al centro de operación. La mayor ventaja en el diseño y construcción de estos sistemas de información fue la de aumentar la operatividad en las diferentes sucursales por parte de los funcionarios y, el mejorar la interacción de estos mismos con los prospectos (clientes) potenciales que llegan a los diferentes centros de operación para conocer los productos ofertados. /Abstract: The company Muebles Albura empowered in the commercial and industrial sector, with the aim of designing, manufacturing and distributing furniture for Colombian homes, had deficiencies in the management of information by the web applications initially developed within the same company, such as: GCP (Client and Prospect Manager) and Cotizador Albura, these applications caused considerable delays in the operation centers of the region and regions where it is present, these deficiencies caused that the warehouse officials will not use the web applications for these same reasons the deficiency in response times by the application and the web server discouraged the employees of the operation centers, for this reason, this document describes the modifications made to the Client Manager application and prospectuses (GCP), as well as the Albura Quote in relation to queries to the database data, graphical interface, functionality, practicality and security. The results obtained when developing the previously described applications had a positive impact on all the operation centers in which the Muebles Albura company operates, since the warehouse officials could perform their tasks more efficiently, as well as having the confidence to attend to customers with peace of mind and give them personalized attention and a quote for their products in less time; on the other hand, the GCP met the expectations initially described by the company's sales manager and supplied the needs of the employees of each warehouse to effectively manage the information of each client that approached the operation center.
