Pensando en la importancia de dichos procesos y teniendo en cuenta que en su funcionamiento se han venido identificando traumatismos en la entrega de productos, la empresa ve la necesidad de contratar nuevo personal capacitado para la realización de la labor y aumentar las jornadas de trabajo. Por esto se hace necesario desarrollar estrategias que permitan mejorar su proceso en el área de soldadura. El presente proyecto de investigación se enfoca en realizar un estudio de métodos y tiempos en la producción de los productos de mayor rotación que generan traumatismos en el área de soldadura. Así, se establecen propuestas que conllevan a un mejoramiento del proceso, logrando incrementar la productividad en 2,44 piezas/hora, generando un impacto a nivel productivo como administrativo, para lograr la satisfacción del cliente entregándole productos de alta calidad dentro de los tiempos pactados. Abstract: The company Solomoflex is dedicated to the process of metalworking especially in the manufacture of auto parts, in which there are very important processes that require more attention, and are developed in the welding area, since this depends a lot of the time invested for the manufacture of the parts, quality control, process repeatability and customer satisfaction when delivering products that meet the specifications and specifications requested. Thinking about the importance of these processes and taking into account that in their operation they have been identifying traumas in the delivery of products, the company sees the need to hire new trained personnel to carry out the work and increase the work days. Therefore, it is necessary to develop strategies to improve the welding process. The present research project focuses on conducting a study of methods and times in the production of higher rotation products that generate trauma in the welding area.
