Se trabajó con una población de 200 estudiantes, distribuidos en 112 del género femenino 98 del género masculino. En su totalidad poseen un dispositivo electrónico en sus casas ya sea celular Smartphone o Android, computadora portátil o de mesa, y/o tableta, el 75 % dispone de conectividad a internet. El 70% usa las redes sociales todos los días para comunicarse con amigos y familiares, para ser consultas y tareas; las redes sociales más utilizadas por ellos y su núcleo familiar son el WhatsApp y el Facebook. Se diseñan contenidos multimediales a través de educaplay: Sopas de letras, mapas conceptuales, textos de relleno, adivinanzas, crucigramas, relacionar palabras, gamificación, videos, imágenes, audios; relacionados con el desarrollo de competencias labores; los cuales se comparten por el grupo de WhatsApp y se suben a la página de Facebook. Los contenidos son desarrollados por los estudiantes con la orientación de sus padres, generando un ambiente virtual donde interactúan los diferentes miembros de la comunidad Educativa; para tales fines se hace pertinente realizar un esquema de trabajo participativo colaborativo a través de las plataformas y redes sociales. Teniendo en cuenta los muy buenos resultados obtenidos en el nivel primario se recomienda el uso e integración de la plataforma educativa educaplay con las redes sociales WhatsApp y Facebook como estrategia pedagógica que sea implementada en las demás Instituciones Educativas del Municipio. / Abstract: The purpose of this study is to base, through technologies for life, the curricular management of the labor competencies of the school population in grades 4 and 5 of the Santa Ana de los Caballeros Educational Institution of the municipality of Ansermanuevo. We worked with a population of 200 students, distributed in 112 of the female gender 98 of the male gender.
