Para la recolección de datos se ha trabajado con la Escala de Satisfacción Laboral y el cuestionario para evaluación del estrés laboral el cual hace parte de la Bateria de instrumentos para la evaluación de factores de riesgo psicosocial. El estudio es cuantitativo y descriptivo. Los resultados fueron tabulados en excel y procesados estadísticamente con el software R-Studio. La población que se abordó son docentes de bachillerato, de la cual se tomó una muestra de 32 personas. Se encontró que el nivel de Satisfacción Laboral de los docentes es tendiente a la parcial y alta insatisfacción laboral, asimismo la correlación entre la Satisfacción Laboral y el Estrés Laboral es muy bajo y por ende esta no es estadísticamente significativa. /Abstract: The purpose of this work was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and job stress of high school teachers from a public educational institution in Pereira. For the data collection, the Work Satisfaction Scale and the questionnaire for the evaluation of work stress have been used, which is part of the Battery of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors. The study is quantitative and descriptive. The results were tabulated in excel and statistically processed with the R-Studio software. The population that was approached are high school teachers, from which a sample of 32 people was taken.
