Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2018.El presente artículo producto de investigación, aborda la evaluación desde la perspectiva de los docentes que perdieron la Evaluación con Carácter Diagnóstica Formativa y que realizaron el curso ECDF en la Universidad Católica de Pereira en el 2017, con el propósito de analizar las concepciones en dos momentos; antes de iniciar el curso y al finalizar el mismo. El estudio que se implementa es Mixto; la unidad de análisis la componen 109 docentes matriculados en la UCP para el Curso ECDF de los cuales se identificaron 72 relatos. Al realizar el análisis se evidencia como existe una transformación en las concepciones de los docentes, en los que se tiene en cuenta las concepciones antes de iniciar el curso y perder la ECDF, y después de finalizar este proceso de formación y aprobar el curso ECDF teniendo en cuenta las teorías explicitas e implícitas. \ Abstract: The present article is product of an investigation, where approaches the evaluation from the perspective teachers that lost the Evaluation with Character Formative Diagnostic and that realized the course ECDF in the Catholic University of Pereira in 2017, with the purpose ofanalyzing the conceptions in two moments; one is before starting the course and at the end of it. The concept of evaluation is investigated. The study that is implemented is Mixed; The analysis unit is composed of 109 teachers enrolled in the PCU for the ECDF Course, which 72 stories were identified.
