Medina Franco, Luis Alejandro2023-03-22T21:10:37Z2023-03-22T21:10:37Z2022-12-12https://repositorio.ucp.edu.co/entities/publication/f182d962-fde4-44a3-8ad7-205537313874Monografía (Programa de Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2022.Las tradiciones industriales en el frente marítimo fueron vitales en las ciudades hasta que, por las nuevas actividades, la expansión demográfica y urbana, fueron sacadas a las afueras de las ciudades y aisladas del resto de los espacios urbanos, debido a ello el puerto como elemento representativo de estas tradiciones se refleja como un lugar histórico con significados y valores dados por los habitantes de las ciudades en el que permanecen esencias del pasado principalmente industrial, en este proceso se identifica el mestizaje urbano entendido como uno de los conceptos de transformación y consolidación en la ciudad con los que opera la memoria, y que por medio del desarrollo del mismo se podrán formular soluciones a futuros planteamientos de proyectos arquitectónicos y urbanos que permitan una relación afectiva entre la comunidad y el lugar, de tal modo que se pueda conferir el hecho de relacionar momentos, recordar lugares y reinterpretar los espacios de un contexto pasado para la proliferación de objetos nuevos. En el presente documento se desarrollará desde el análisis de la arquitectura el entendimiento del mestizaje urbano para crear un escenario imaginario que formule por medio de la memoria, medios al trazado de un plan arquitectónico que admitan una correlación entre la colectividad en el lugar, reconociendo ese protagonismo del puerto en la vida urbana el cual se debe a la diversidad de actividades que contenía, pues se le reconoce como espacio de trabajo, intercambio cultural, sitio de diversión y ocio logrando así reintegrar la ciudad, para el afrontamiento de los cambios del presente y la construcción del futuro. Esto marcó de manera única a la sociedad de los puertos pues estableció unas dinámicas sociales, culturales, laborales desemejantes a las escenificadas en las urbes mediterráneas que aseguraron un arraigo de las identidades en una continuidad y perennidad social. Abstract: The industrial traditions on the waterfront were vital in the cities until, due to new activities, demographic and urban expansion, they were taken to the outskirts of the cities and isolated from the rest of the urban spaces, due to which the port as an element representative of these traditions is reflected as a historical place with meanings and values given by the inhabitants of the cities in which essences of the mainly industrial past remain, in this process urban miscegenation is identified, understood as one of the concepts of transformation and consolidation in the city with which the memory operates, and that through its development solutions can be formulated for future approaches to architectural and urban projects that allow an affective relationship between the community and the place, in such a way that the fact to relate moments, remember places and reinterpret the spaces of a past context for the p proliferation of new objects. In this document, the understanding of urban miscegenation will be developed from the analysis of architecture to create an imaginary scenario that formulates through memory, means of drawing up an architectural plan that admits a correlation between the community in the place, recognizing that protagonism of the port in urban life which is due to the diversity of activities that it contained, since it is recognized as a work space, cultural exchange, place of fun and leisure, thus managing to reintegrate the city, to face the changes of the present and the construction of the future.
