Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2020El proyecto integrador sociocultural de vivienda colectiva - Evocando la historia. Tiene como objeto ser una intervención urbana capaz de rememorar el patrimonio arquitectónico de la manzana 16 del centro histórico de Cartago. Este busca agrupar y fortalecer la actividades propias de la comunidad y del lugar, reactivando los patios que se encuentran sin uso, con accesos peatonales permitiendo ser un espacio de transición y de agrupación entre lo público y privado conectando por tres puntos con su contexto inmediato. Recorridos que ofrecerán sensaciones de memoria, ya que el proyecto se compondrá de talleres culturales, musicales, teatro y arte, como también de zona comercial, servicios y vivienda. / Abstract: The socio-cultural integration housing project collective - Evoking history. It aims to be a urban intervention capable of recalling the heritage architectural of the 16th block of the historical center of Cartago. This seeks to group and strengthen the activities of the community and of the place, reactivating the patios that are without use, with pedestrian accesses allowing to be a space of transition and grouping between public and private connecting by three points with its immediate context.
