Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2009La empresa GL INGENIEROS S.A. en un proceso de mejora continua y una gestión integral de todos sus procesos y programas de salud ocupacional, gestión ambiental y sistema de calidad, quiere trabajar de forma conjunto todos sus esquemas, pero antes debe implementar y trabajar por separado cada uno de estos programas. Este trabajo es la consolidación del programa de salud ocupacional de la empresa GL INGENIEROS S.A. ya que es este uno de los pilares de la gestión integral y se fundamenta en la concientización y conservación de la integridad de todas las personas y bienes materiales que posee la empresa. Este trabajo contiene todo el programa de salud ocupacional el porque se debe contar con este cuales son sus objetivos, responsabilidades y su política. Se conformo el comité paritario se salud ocupacional (COPASO) según la ley vigente pues ya había caducado el COPASO anterior. Se realizaron inspecciones de seguridad para detectar los nuevos y los cambios que se han generado en el panorama de riesgos dejando este actualizado y corregido, se organizo una matriz de elementos de protección personal en la cual se identifican con referencia y marca los debidos elementos que deben ser utilizados en el proceso productivo de la empresa. También se documento todos los subprogramas que hacen parte del programa de Salud ocupacional con sus respectivos puntos que lo complementan dejando de esta manera un sistema no solo documentado sino en marcha pensando no solamente en los deberes legales que tiene la empresa con el estado sino teniendo en cuenta los deberes que se tienen con las personas que hacen parte de la empresa y la sociedad. Para finalizar hay unas recomendaciones que se esperan sirvan de guía para continuidad del proceso lo alimenten y complemente para llegar al objetivo que es una gestión integral. /Abstract: The company GL INGENIEROS S.A. in a process of continuous improvement and an integral management of all its processes and programs of occupational health, environmental management and system of quality, want to work of joint form all its schemes, but before one of these programs must implement and work separately each. This work is the consolidation of the program of occupational health of the company GL INGENIEROS S.A. since it is this one of the pillars of the integral management and it is based on the awareness and conservation of the integrity of all the people and material goods that has the company. This work contains all the program of occupational health because it is due to count on this as they are his objectives, responsibilities and their policy. I am satisfied the paritario committee occupational health (COPASO) according to the effective law then already had expired previous COPASO. They were made security inspection to detect the new ones and the changes that have been generated in the panorama of risks leaving this updating and correcting, I organize a matrix of elements of personal protection in which they are identified by referring and marks the due elements that must be used in the productive process of the company. Also document all the subprograms that are part of the program of occupational Health with their respective points that not only complement it leaving this way a documented system not only but in march thinking about the legal duties that the company with the state has but considering the duties that are had with the people who are part of the company and the society. In order to finalize there are recommendations that are expected serve as guide for continuity of the process feed it and complements to arrive at the objective that is an integral management.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
