Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2017El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo comprender la conexión entre la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE) y la competitividad en la empresa Pyme Termales de San Vicente. Esta investigación es de tipo descriptiva y cualitativa, considerando así, elementos como la entrevista que permitieron recolectar la información sobre la situación actual de la empresa en términos de RSE, y posterior a esto, se contrarrestó la información con un estudio realizado en las principales ciudades del país sobre la aplicación de políticas de RSE en las Pymes. Así mismo, se realizaron encuestas a los clientes de Termales de San Vicente lo que permitió comparar y tener un panorama más amplio sobre la situación actual de la organización en cuanto a términos de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE).The objective of this paper is to understand the connection between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and competitiveness in SME Termales de San Vicente. This research is descriptive and qualitative, considering elements such as the interview that allowed collecting information on the current situation of the company in terms of CSR, and after this, the information was countered with a study carried out in the main cities Of the country on the implementation of CSR policies in SMEs.
