En este informe se encontrarán los conceptos más relevantes sobre el tema de franquicia para comprender el contexto en el que se desenvuelven los restaurantes Wingz Wings –N- Beer, marca de la empresa “Fábrica de Experiencias”; y la importancia de crear para estos establecimientos un Manual de Operaciones que haga posible plasmar su know how y Transmitirlo de manera eficiente a sus colaboradores y franquiciados. /Abstract: In this report, the reader will find an overview of the company Solé Soluciones Ltda. which made the process of practice and a description of the proposed area of intervention, which seeks to respond a need of a customer to which advises Solé: the company "Fábrica de Experiencias”.
