Nace entonces una pregunta: ¿cómo lograr que los maestros hagan esa reconfiguración de la escuela y fortalezcan en sus estudiantes las competencias necesarias para que adquieran ese autocontrol y sean ciudadanos responsables? Este capítulo va encaminado precisamente a fortalecer las competencias ciudadanas, integradas desde el uso de las TIC, con el propósito de mejorar la convivencia escolar; y se enfatiza en ésta como la capacidad de reflexionar en pro de la sana convivencia y de la comunicación asertiva. Con este trabajo de indagación, se pretende intervenir los ambientes escolares de la básica primaria con el objetivo de mejorar el desempeño de los niños, tanto a nivel personal como académico, mediante el fortalecimiento de las competencias ciudadanas y las competencias básicas que ellas implican (cognitiva, emocional, comunicativa, integradora) y con la intervención a través de secuencias didácticas en dos dimensiones: la dimensión virtual, mediante el diseño y aplicación de un Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizaje (AVA) interactivo por grados, qué respaldará el proceso de la dimensión presencial, y será precisamente en el entorno real en el que se podrán observar y comprobar el alcance de los objetivos propuestos. Se espera que con esta propuesta se minimicen las problemáticas de convivencia escolar que se presentan a diario en las aulas de clase y que se pueda convertir en una herramienta importante para la toma de conciencia en los niños, sobre el manejo de sus propias emociones, la toma responsable de decisiones y que les permita desarrollar mejores maneras de establecer sus relaciones interpersonales. Abstract: In the history of Colombian education, situations of school coexistence have had an important presence, which means that they are not something new, but today's society, with its innumerable and permanent changes, calls for a re-configuration of the school and its processes generated there: change the paradigm of the school as a space for theorizing and accumulating knowledge, to a space to learn to live together, developing skills of self-control, tolerance and understanding of differences, to become responsible citizens, capable of facing the world; where he himself can responsibly assume his duties and rights. A question then arises: how to get teachers to do this reconfiguration of the school and strengthen in their students the necessary skills to acquire that self-control and be responsible citizens? This chapter is aimed precisely at strengthening citizen competences, integrated from the use of ICT, with the purpose of improving school coexistence; and it is emphasized in this as the ability to reflect in favor of healthy coexistence and assertive communication. With this research work, the aim is to intervene in primary school settings with the aim of improving children's performance, both personally and academically, by strengthening citizen skills and the basic skills they imply (cognitive , emotional, communicative, integrative) and with the intervention through didactic sequences in two dimensions: the virtual dimension, through the design and application of an interactive Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) by grades, which will support the face-to-face dimension process , and it will be precisely in the real environment in which the scope of the proposed objectives can be observed and verified.
