Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2021El proyecto multimedia ‘Aguante’ documenta la realidad en la que se encuentra sumergido el derecho a la protesta social en Colombia, en este sentido, se observa cómo la represión ha sido una característica persistente en las manifestaciones, lo que hasta el 2019 dejó cinco casos de estudiantes víctimas del abuso de poder por parte del Escuadrón Móvil Antidisturbios, Esmad, en las protestas sociales dadas en Bogotá/Colombia. Es importante destacar que tres de estos casos cursan procesos de investigación ante los diferentes tribunales, con el objetivo de que sus familias que han estado encadenadas y han naufragado por años en búsqueda de verdad desde las tribunas logren hacer justicia. Carlos Giovanni Blanco, Nicolás David Neira, Óscar Leandro Salas, Miguel Ángel Barbosa y Dilan Mauricio Cruz fueron los jóvenes a quienes se les arrebató la vida mientras reclamaban sus derechos cuando ejercían, lo que por ley se conoce como la libre protesta. Por esta razón ‘Aguante’ es un proceso de rastreo histórico, reportería, investigación y producción que busca documentar, visibilizar y narrar la evidente impunidad y la búsqueda incesante de la reclamación de verdad por parte de las ONG, colectivos de abogados y familiares de las víctimas como Yuri Neira y Ana Benilda Ángel.Este proyecto periodístico y multimedia se inicia con una exploración de relatos como motivo de los 22 años de la creación del Esmad, para finalmente dar cuenta de la necesidad de construir producciones y literaturas críticas que aportan a la reconstrucción de la memoria histórica sobre los crímenes que han dejado algunas de las actuaciones del Escuadrón Móvil Antidisturbios en Colombia desde su creación, así como el profundo dolor de las familias víctimas que no desisten a la reclamación de justicia y verdad en los tres casos que han hecho curso en el sistema judicial de Bogotá. Asimismo, este portal multimedia se desarrolla en el marco de una coyuntura histórica, pues el 28 de abril de 2021, una multitudinaria movilización nacional se tomó las calles de todo el país para manifestarse en contra de las medidas y el gobierno del presidente Iván Duque Márquez. El abuso de poder y autoridad de la fuerza pública hacia los ciudadanos se difundió de manera cibermediática a nivel internacional, a través de videos y fotografías viralizados de enfrentamientos entre el Esmad y los civiles, esta información ha sido registrada por los mismos manifestantes en las diferentes ciudades del país, este registro ciudadano evidenció en algunos casos del país la violación del legítimo derecho de los colombianos a la protesta social consagrado en el artículo 37 de la Constitución Política de 1991. Cabe aclarar que hasta el momento, la investigación periodística que se expone en este portal web trae a colación cinco de los casos más conocidos en la ciudad de Bogotá. Sin embargo, 'Aguante' solo se centra en tres casos de manera profunda, la historia de Nicolás Neira, Óscar Salas y Dilan Cruz. Adicionalmente, el proyecto de manera general, se encarga de documentar y relatar lo que ha sucedido en Colombia a partir del 28 de abril hasta el 4 de junio del 2021.The multimedia project 'Aguante' documents the reality in which the right to social protest is immersed in Colombia, in this sense, it is observed how repression has been a persistent characteristic in the demonstrations, which until 2019 left five cases of students victims of the abuse of power by the Mobile Anti-Riot Squad, Esmad, in the social protests in Bogotá / Colombia.
