Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010El clima organizacional es una herramienta fundamental en la organización ya que se encarga del ambiente laboral y de cómo éste influye en el comportamiento social y productivo de las personas que hacen parte de ésta. De un adecuado clima organizacional depende la comodidad, la responsabilidad, las adecuadas relaciones sociales y los buenos vínculos de autoridad. Un plan estratégico que permita a la organización mejorar o implementar estas variables es una organización con la posibilidad de mejorar su producción, atención al público y la satisfacción de sus empleados. Durante la práctica profesional en el Área Metropolitana del Centro Occidente se inició el proceso para crear un plan estratégico de comunicación interna en clima organizacional, como paso inicial y fundamental en el conocimiento de la organización, seguido por el respectivo análisis. Éste posibilitó plantear estrategias para desarrollar un adecuado clima organizacional. El cronograma de actividades y el presupuesto son propuestos a partir de estrategias. En las recomendaciones son expuestas las opiniones de la autora a la Entidad y a la Universidad/ABSTRACT:The organizational climate, is a fundamental tool into organization since it is responsible for the working environment and such influences the social and productive behavior of the people who make part of this. An appropriate organizational environment depends on the comfort, responsibility, appropriate social relations and good relations authority. A strategic plan that allows organization to improve or implement these variables is an organization with the possibility of improving their production, customer service and satisfaction of employees. During professional practice in the metropolitan area of the West Center, the corresponding process was started to create a strategic plan in internal communication in organizational climate as initial step and fundamental knowledge of the Organization, followed by the respective analysis gave the possibility to consider strategies that lead to an appropriate organizational climate. The schedule of activities and budget are raised on proposed strategies.
