For the Industrial Engineering case, there is concern about the way in which these strategies, accompanied by diff erent didactic techniques, are currently being articulated in the training process. This paper exposes diff erent didactics that are being used in Colombian Industrial Engineering teaching, analyzing its impact on engineering students’ performance, and show specific application cases in two Industrial Engineering areas: Quality Control and Operations Research. Some refl ections about how to integrate diff erent didactic techniques into curricular development are shown, considering the author’s experience, and identifying the techniques that generate a positive impact in students.

Para el caso de Ingeniería Industrial, surge la inquietud sobre la forma en que estas estrategias, acompañadas de diferentes técnicas didácticas, se están articulando actualmente en el proceso de formación. El presente artículo expone diferentes didácticas que se están empleando en la formación en Ingeniería Industrial en Colombia, analizando la forma en que algunas de ellas han generado impacto en el desempeño del ingeniero en formación, e ilustra casos concretos de implementación en dos áreas de esta disciplina: Control de Calidad e Investigación de Operaciones. Se presentan refl exiones sobre cómo se articulan diferentes técnicas dentro del desarrollo curricular, según la experiencia de las autoras, además de identifi car aquellas técnicas que generan un impacto signifi cativo en el estudiante.Na medida que o processo de ensinoaprendizagem evoluciona em diferentes disciplinas, se geram diferentes propostas de usos de estratégias didáticas para fortalecer a formação em engenharia. No caso da Engenharia Industrial, surge a dúvida sobre a forma em que estas estratégias, acompanhadas de diferentes técnicas didáticas, estão sendo usadas atualmente neste processo de formação. O presente artigo mostra diferentes didáticas que estão sendo aplicadas na formação em Engenharia Industrial na Colômbia, analisando a forma em que algumas delas geraram impacto no desempenho do engenheiro em formação e ilustra casos concretos de implementação em duas áreas desta disciplina.
