From this review the author aims to know the conditions of the Senegalese population with respect to the protection of fundamental rights. In this sense it refers to International Law through the International Covenant on Economic Social and Cultural Rights, and its correspondence with the Argentinian legislation, based on the law 25,871, in order to verify its fulfi llment within this group of immigrants. The sources correspond to the current legislation, studies carried out, and a complaint of Senegalese migrants, speeches, articles and publications of the organizations involved in the migration area.Estudios en la Universidad de Passau, en Intercultural Management con enfoque en el área iberoamericana. Debido al crecimiento de la población subsahariana en Argentina; este artículo indaga, en los estudios y documentos existentes, las causas y características de la migración. A partir de esta revisión se pretenden conocer las condiciones de la población senegalesa con respecto a la protección de los derechos fundamentales. En ese sentido se hace referencia al Derecho Internacional a través del Pacto Internacional de Derechos Económicos Sociales y Culturales y su correspondencia con la legislación Argentina, a partir de la ley 25.871, para constatar su cumplimiento dentro de este colectivo de inmigrantes.
