Diversas perspectivas se han interesado en el estudio de las competencias emocionales, entre las cuales se encuentra ACT, como alternativa ante las terapias tradicionales. Se realizó una revisión sistemática con el objetivo de analizar el abordaje que se ha realizado de la IE en adolescentes desde ACT y otros tipos de intervención y se presenta una propuesta de intervención. Se incluyeron artículos aplicados encontrados en Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc y Sage Journals. Los resultados ponen de manifiesto las características de los participantes, intervenciones, modelos teóricos e impacto reportado. En conclusión, la evidencia reciente del abordaje de la IE con adolescentes es limitada y heterogénea, se establecen recomendaciones para futuras investigaciones en esta línea. Abstract: Studies of EI have increased in recent years because it has been identified as a relevant factor for positive adaptation to the environment, in addition, its importance in adolescence has been emphasized. Various perspectives have been interested in the study of emotional competences, among which is ACT, as an alternative to traditional therapies. A systematic review was carried out with the aim of analyzing the approach that has been taken to EI in adolescents from ACT and other types of intervention, and a proposal for an intervention is presented. Applied articles found in Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc and Sage Journals were included. The results show the characteristics of the participants, interventions, theoretical models and reported impact.
