Esta investigación se desarrolló en el área de alistamiento de pedidos del CEDI de Coopidrogas ubicado en la ciudad de Pereira, en tres etapas, iniciando con el diseño y aplicación de una encuesta para conocer la percepción de los empleados en materia laboral; luego se determinaron las necesidades de los empleados al interior de la empresa y que los afecta en el desempeño de sus labores a través de la construcción de una matriz DOFA, y finalmente con los resultados obtenidos se plantearon mejoras que beneficien a los empleados en la consecución de los objetivos propuestos. Con esta investigación se espera que el área de alistamiento de pedidos, al implementar las estrategias planteadas, pueda presentar una mejora en la percepción del clima laboral y por ende en la productividad de toda la organización./Abstract: Of the main factors affecting the productivity of organizations and the proper development of activities within the processes, is the organizational climate, as a fundamental element to meet all the proposed goals, and for this, aspects such as a good working environment, social welfare, job training must be taken into account, since these aspects stimulate workers to develop their activities with greater interest. This research was carried out in the area of requisitioning of the CEDI of Coopidrogas located in the city of Pereira, in three stages, beginning with the design and implementation of a survey to know the perception of employees in labor matters; the needs of the employees inside the company were then determined and that affects them in the performance of their tasks through the construction of a DOFA matrix, and finally, with the results obtained, improvements were proposed that benefit the employees in the achievement of the proposed objectives.
