Con los manuales de funciones se puede analizar e identificar fortalezas y debilidades de las personas que desempeñan cada cargo, siendo esto de vital importancia, puesto que permite tener una amplia visión sobre el personal con que cuenta la organización; además, porque permite tener una estructura clara y visible de las actividades a realizar. /Abstract: This project is based in performing functions manuals industries Jomar SA , so that each person who holds the office knows the functions to be performed , thereby complying with the rules and requirements that the organization requires . With manual function can analyze and identify strengths and weaknesses of people that play every position , this being vital , since it allows a broad view over personnel available to the organization; also because it gives a clear and visible structure of the activities to be performed.Universidad católica de Pereira.
