La propuesta de documentación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, se llevó a cabo en cuatro etapas, inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico sobre el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la normatividad aplicable, luego se definió la propuesta de la política y los objetivos establecidos bajo los requisitos del decreto 1072 y la Resolución 0312 de 2019, posteriormente se documentaron los requisitos faltantes y por último se elaboró el documento final con toda la propuesta para ser entregada a la universidad. Abstract: The adoption of the occupational safety and health management system in addition to the adoption of controls to mitigate hazards and risks, allows the protection and well-being of the employees of the organization; this is why this project is being carried out for the Company Tecnotrónica Seguridad Electrónica S.A.S, the project seeks to develop an appropriate methodology for the care of the workers and the resources of the company, allowing a continuous development always governed by the legal norms inforce that strengthen the growth of the company. The proposal for documentation of the occupational safety and health management system was carried out in four stages, initially a diagnosis was made on compliance with the requirements of the applicable regulations, the policy proposal and objectives established under the requirements of Decree 1072 of 2015 and Resolution 0312 of 2019 were then defined, the missing requirements were subsequently documented and the final document was prepared with the entire proposal for submission to the university.Universidad Catolica de Pereira.
