Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2018El presente trabajo busca identificar la viabilidad de crear una empresa que comercialice cabos para útiles de aseo a base de plástico reciclado en la ciudad de Villavicencio. Esto con base a la necesidad identificada en el sector aseo hogar y oficina con respecto a sustituir la madera como complemento de los elementos de limpieza. Para este ejercicio se integró el mercado objetivo mediante la creación de grupos foco con el fin de identificar las necesidades y los gustos de este, además de establecer un panorama del mercado y el sector mediante la creación de una DOFA, sumado al desarrollo del producto utilizando alianzas estratégicas que permitan la tercerización de la producción, elementos financieros y administrativos que permitan enfocar las actividades del emprendimiento a la comercialización.The present work seeks to identify the viability of creating a company that commercializes ends for useful of bathroom based on plastic recycled in Villavicencio's city. This with base to the need identified in the sector I adorn home and office with regard to replacing the wood as complement of the elements of cleanliness.
