A su vez esta actividad genera grandes oportunidades para las organizaciones que se especializan en procesos productivos y prestan sus servicios de manufactura total o parcial del portafolio de productos a diferentes empresas, por lo que de manera particular se analizó el sector confección del Área Metropolitana Centro Occidente (AMCO) y a la organización Ballen Textiles & Confecciones S.A.S (Balltexco) para así identificar una posible oportunidad de crecimiento para esta organización a través de la implementación de la estrategia de tercerización productiva de diferentes empresas del sector confección en el AMCO.In a globalized economic context, the need to be more and more competitive has led organizations to look for different alternatives to develop their business model in a more efficient way, which is why productive outsourcing has become a process that allows them to organizations delegate to a third party the processes related to the manufacture of their products and thus be able to focus their resources on other activities such as marketing and commercialization. In turn, this activity generates great opportunities for organizations that specialize in production processes and provide their total or partial manufacturing services of the product portfolio to different companies, for which reason the clothing sector of the Central Western Metropolitan Area was analyzed in a particular way.
