Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2010El modelo de vivienda de interés social en Colombia, se ha establecido como un espacio mínimo, donde la calidad espacial se ha minimizado por mayor funcionalidad y mayor re-densificación. La propuesta de vivienda de interés social para el proyecto del sector "comuneros" en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, ha imperado por relegar esa condición habitacional que infundan nuestras leyes; en el siguiente proceso proyectual daremos cuenta de la problemática que se vive en la región y en el sector primordialmente a través de un diagnostico y posteriormente las soluciones habitacionales realizadas en la propuesta de "Recintos Urbanos". / Abstract: The model of social housing in Colombia has been established as a minimum, where spatial quality is minimized by providing greater functionality and greater re-densification.
