Abstract: resumen en Inglés: El presente informe tiene como finalidad hacer una autorreflexión sobre las prácticas docentes I y II, realizada en los grados 6 B, 7A, 9B, 10A, 10C, y 11B del Instituto Técnico Marillac en el municipio de Santa Rosa de Cabal. Esta experiencia pedagógica tuvo como protagonista a la Educación Religiosa Escolar, relacionada con el desarrollo de la dimensión espiritual, y los educandos fueron jóvenes con diversas motivaciones, dudas y propuestas hacia el área. Sus preguntas se convirtieron en un reto constante para la docente en formación, pues requerían de una preparación y apertura de mente, frente a los desafíos que en la actualidad plantean los jóvenes. Lo anterior propició el diálogo académico en el aula, y posibilitó el intercambio de experiencias entre estudiantes y docente, enriqueciendo así el pensamiento de ambos y generando herramientas para el desarrollo de la dimensión espiritual de los educandos, llevándolos a la reflexión y a la comprensión del sentido amplio de la espiritualidad. A través de las diferentes temáticas abordadas en clase, los estudiantes pudieron analizar, comprender e interpretar por qué es importante cultivar su espiritualidad y qué los hace buscarla, además de visibilizar en su contexto más cercano, como lo es la familia, la presencia de ese Ser que les llena de amor y les hace vivir en plenitud. Es de anotar, que la práctica docente II fue aún más desafiante para la docente en formación, porque la población de estudiantes era más crítica, rebelde, apática hacia el área de Educación Religiosa Escolar, lo cual representó una reinvención constante del modelo pedagógico y de la didáctica utilizada por la docente.The purpose of this report is to make a self-reflection on the teaching practice carried out in grades 6 B, 7A and 9B of the Marillac Technical Institute in the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal. This pedagogical experience had as protagonist the School Religious Education, related to the development of the spiritual dimension, and the students were young people with diverse motivations, doubts and proposals towards the area. Her questions became a constant challenge for the teacher in training, as they required preparation and openmindedness, in the face of the challenges that young people currently pose. The foregoing fostered academic dialogue in the classroom, and enabled the exchange of experiences between students and teachers, thus enriching the thinking of both, and generating tools for the development of the spiritual dimension of students, leading them to reflection and understanding of the broad sense of spirituality. Through the different topics addressed in class, the students were able to analyze, understand and interpret why it is important to cultivate their spirituality and what makes them seek it, in addition to making visible in their closest context, such as the family, the presence of that Being that fills them with love and makes them live fully.
