| Summary: | The article below focuses on the criteria of productivity and strategic position of companies as key factors for development of its activities. For this study, the area selected is the metalworking in the Department of Risaralda, and the company under consideration is Magnetron S.A., from the administrative processes point of view, macroeconomics and cost accounting. The analysis is on how the organization works, time allocation, how the allocation of costs is, how its organizational structure is and how these factors contribute to the company's productivity and therefore its contribution to the development of the region. |
