Con ella también ha cambiado el oficio fiscalizador de las democracias, que hoy convive con los grandes avances tecnológicos y se acopla a la era de la información. En la actualidad, además de la tinta impresa en el papel, contamos con el internet, otro universo donde se han condensado los demás medios de comunicación, en lo que se conoce como convergencia, que hace tangible lo intangible, acorta distancia y tiempo y amplía las posibilidades de realizar lo que antes se creía imposible. Lejos de lo que muchos imaginan como el fin de este oficio, el presente se perfila como el inicio de una época dorada para la libertad de prensa, por el poco control que aún puede ejercer el poder sobre su plataforma y porque día tras día crece en número la audiencia y se capacitan más los usuarios./Abstrasct:Of the time in which the men in love with the letters and with the truth started doing journalism, to our days, it has evolved dizzily the company, with her also there has changed the trade inspector of the democracies, who today coexists with the big technological advances and mates to the age of the information.
