Como propósito del proyecto, es la creación de un espacio comercial en Pereira, donde la experiencia se da a través de los sentidos por medio de productos, bebidas a base de panela, los cuales representan la cultura, la tradición y la identidad. Así mismo ofrecer una amplia oferta de productos gastronómicos que complemente la experiencia. Abstract: This document describes the Casa de la Panela Boutique Store project, based on the rescue of the traditional, panela culture as a 100% natural product; The objective of the project is to become the Boutique Store of products and beverages based on panela located in the city of Pereira and preferred in the region for its quality, generation of experiences and well-being to the environment.
