Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2009Este proyecto se realizo para un puesto de trabajo que esta ubicado en el proceso de producción de la empresa REXCO madera plástica, donde en el área de separación de plástico, existe un puesto de trabajo que presenta varios problemas como: Ergonómicos, antropométricos, mala distribución de elementos que componen el puesto de trabajo y presenta inestabilidad en toda su estructura. Presentando así un problema de separación de plástico picado y por consiguiente mala calidad en los perfiles de madera plástica, dando lugar a esta investigación se planteo esta pregunta ¿Cómo mejorar el proceso de separación de plástico con el diseño de un sistema integrado de separación de residuos? Para mejorar el proceso productivo de la empresa, considerar las posturas ergonómicas que presenta el operario, separar los residuos metálicos y por ultimo aumentar la calidad del producto perfil de madera plástica para que no presente rupturas en un determinado tiempo y así cumplir con las garantías que la empresa brinda a sus clientes. El proyecto se desarrollo en la empresa Representaciones J Echeverri Cía. Ltda. REXCO madera plástica que está ubicado en el corregimiento de Zaragoza. Los resultados de la investigación se realizaron en un periodo de 12 meses, determinando la planeación preliminar para identificar los métodos y problemas existentes. Teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos para establecer metas futuras de la propuesta. Para esto se realizaron pruebas de separación utilizadas en la industria, ya realizadas estas pruebas se lanzaron una serie de propuestas que más adelante se presentaran, para dar como respuesta un puesto de trabajo optimo para el proceso de producción de la empresa./ Abstract: This project was done for a job that is located in the production process of the company REXCO plastic timber, where in the area of separation of plastic, there is a job that presents several problems such as: ergonomic, anthropometric, poor distribution elements that make up the job and introduced instability throughout its structure.
