En este proceso he podido ver la importancia de la relación entre pedagogía y comunicación por eso el trabajo que podrán ver a continuación, trata sobre un plan de comunicación para la escuela de fútbol Club Andrés Escobar. Para desarrollarlo se hace un recorrido por la institución, donde podrán conocer, su composición organizativa, su historia y direccionamiento estratégico, también se realizó un análisis usando la matriz DOFA, un grupo focal con el público interno y encuestas a los públicos interno y externo. Se hace un recorrido por algunas teorías que nos ayudan a comprender el fenómeno comunicativo y cómo abordarlo, por último se propone un plan de intervención en comunicación estratégica para lograr los objetivos. Abstracts: a Bachelor in Child Pedagogy, he was able to carry out this specialization in Corporate Communication Management, appropriating the concepts that this discipline brings to the organizational world. In this process, he achieved the relationship between pedagogy and communication for that work, dealing with a communication plan for the Andrés Escobar Club soccer school. To develop it, you can take a tour of the institution, where you can know, its organic organization, its history and strategic direction, an analysis is also done using the DOFA matrix, a focus group with the internal public and surveys of the internal public and external.
