Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Programa de Comunicación Social - Periodismo, 2009Este trabajo es un plan de intervención en comunicación organizacional, ejecutado en la Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos Regional Risaralda, con el objetivo de encontrar las debilidades de la organización en la imagen que proyectaba a sus clientes, ya que en los últimos años eran muchos los desertores del gremio. La metodología aplicada para encontrar las variables a tratar, fue una encuesta realizada a 23 socios inactivos de la entidad, de los cuales se pudo determinar las debilidades y errores que se venían cometiendo. Buscando asi, proponer sistemáticas de solución que establezcan una proyección de imagen segura, consolidada y líder en proyectos Arquitectónicos, consolidación profesional y gremial./Abstract This work is an intervention plan in communication, implemented in the Sociedad organizational Colombiana de Arquitectos Regional Risaralda, with the objective of finding the weaknesses of the organization in the image clients, since in recent years were many Deserters guild. he projected to his The methodology used to find the variables to be treated, was a survey of 23 partners inactive entity, which could determine the weaknesses and mistakes that were being committed.
