El documento muestra además como abarcar las diferentes problemáticas que se pueden evidenciar a partir del anterior estudio, mediante la realización de un proyecto puntual como respuesta a dichas secuelas que ha dejado el crecimiento urbano de la ciudad y demás deficiencias evidenciadas en la mala distribución del territorio visto no solo desde la ciudad de Pereira si no de las ciudades latinoamericanas en general. Abstract: The present monograph gives a brief description and reflection of how the city of Pereira is formed, making a recognition of the eight most important urban centers (center of Freedom, downtown Plaza de Bolívar, park center El Lago, park center Gaitán, park center San Camilo, Banderas Park Center, Victoria Square Center, Olaya Herrera Park Center), A study of each center was carried out based on the following aspects: Genealogy, Model, Regulations, 3d Model, Aerial Photography, Land Evolution, Activities, SOR, Thermodynamic beauty; making known its main characteristics which make an account of all historical, heritage, geographic and social values, making mainly in the CENTER OF FREEDOM and added to it the RAILWAY. The document also shows how to cover the different problems that can be evidenced from the previous study, by carrying out a specific project in response to various sections that have left the urban growth of the city and other deficiencies evidenced in the poor distribution of the territory seen not only from the city of Pereira but from Latin American cities in general.Universidad Catòlica de Pereira.
