Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2020La vivienda, el trabajo y la cada club El proyecto hace parte de una propuesta de ciudad desarrollada por la Optativa Atlas de un centro revisitado partiendo de la hipótesis “La construcción de lo Urbano a través de la vivienda colectiva” en la ciudad. Mediante la realización de un análisis, se identifican diferentes problemáticas y características de la zona de estudio en las que se busca dar respuesta a través del proyecto Arquitectónico que se integra con los demás, generando el proyecto de proyectos. El problema parte con conectar la manzana de estudio con el tejido urbano. A partir de establecer una primera relación con la escala de la ciudad, se entiende que el primer nivel como escenario de relación busca potenciar el espacio y relacionarse con las actividades de la ciudad y de la manzana. Además de generar relación con la vivienda propuesta. El análisis de la manzana, de sus características, en el que se identifica el patio como elemento conector y articulador. De este elemento parte la idea de diseño, junto con la vocación educativa, potencial en la manzana 18. “Lo propiamente urbano no consiste en la aglomeración de edificio sino los espacios que hay entre los edificios.
