El bienestar laboral se constituye por los factores de Logro, Reconocimiento, Trabajo, Responsabilidad y Promoción, mientras que la productividad está constituida por la Eficiencia, Eficacia y Efectividad. En cuanto a la metodología es cuantitativa, tipo Descriptivo-Correlacional de corte transversal, la muestra se constituyó por 29 empleados entre los 18 y 25 años de dos restaurantes de la ciudad de Pereira. Como instrumentos se utilizaron el Cuestionario de Bienestar Laboral (López, 2015), y el Cuestionario de Autopercepción de la Productividad (Morón, 2017). Se realizó el análisis estadístico a partir del SPSS Versión-21. A partir de los resultados obtenidos se encontró una correlación estadísticamente significativa con un valor estadístico de Pearson es de 0,613 entre los factores de bienestar laboral y productividad, existe una correlación positiva medianamente fuerte entre la variable Bienestar Laboral y la variable Productividad, medida que aumenta el bienestar laboral se incrementa la productividad. /Abstract: The objective of this research project is to identify the factors of labor well-being related to the dimensions of productivity in employees between the ages of 18 and 25 in two restaurants in the city of Pereira in the year 2021. The well-being of labor is constituted by the factors of Achievement, Recognition, Work, Responsibility and Promotion, while productivity is constituted by Efficiency, Effectiveness and Effectiveness. Regarding the methodology, it is quantitative, descriptive-correlational type of cross section, the sample consisted of 29 employees between the ages of 18 and 25 from two restaurants in the city of Pereira. The instruments used were the Labor Well-being Questionnaire (López, 2015), and the Productivity Self-Perception Questionnaire (Morón, 2017). Statistical analysis was performed from SPSS Version-21.
